We are committed to continual improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving performance.
The Quality Management System (QMS) of VALCO is certified to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Requirements.
We have developed the following Systems and Procedures to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continual improvement throughout the organization:
- Gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
- Customer complaint procedure
- Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers and sub-contractors against set criteria
- Training and development of our employees

- Regular Management review of the entire Quality Management System to ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness.
